The client signs the Trust Agreement and provides a complete set of required documents to initiate the Trust registration application.

The property title is transferred to Everstone Wealth, as trustee, in compliance with Cambodian law.

Upon the completion of the ownership transfer, we proceed with the trust registration process with the Trust Regulator of Cambodia.

You receive your official trust certificate, confirming legal, compliant ownership of the property.
